Granted in 2006 by the Leonardo da Vinci programme for two years. The objective of the project was to increase the skills of informal job coachers in different European settings. Training materials and accreditation to informal job coachers were delivered.
Furthermore individually tailored programmes of counselling and guidance for job coachers were tested.
