Three days dedicated to the exchange of organizational models, evidence-based practices, and technological solutions for the care and support of older adults and people with disabilities, in the context of Alzheimer’s Week.
From 15 to 17 September 2025, a series of events will take place in the cities of Cremona and Monza as part of Alzheimer’s Week. The initiative is promoted by the ENSA network, Regione Lombardia, and the E. Germani Foundation, and coordinated by the City of Rotterdam and IVASS Valencia.
The programme will begin on Monday, 15 September at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Cremona, with a meeting of the ENSA working groups focused on older adults and disabilities.

A panel discussion on technologies supporting care will also be held.
Tuesday, 16 September will feature the scientific conference “Life beyond diagnosis”, organized by Fondazione Germani. The hybrid event will explore clinical and care practices aimed at supporting a dignified life beyond diagnosis. A study visit to the foundation will follow in the afternoon.
The programme will conclude on Wednesday, 17 September with a visit to “Il Paese Ritrovato” in Monza – an innovative village model for people with dementia and Alzheimer’s, developed by the La Meridiana Cooperative.
