INTEGRATION OF 60 TRAFFICKED MINORS AND YOUNG ADULTS IN ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN
In this activity, the main objective is to facilitate integration of third country TPs in the host society and in the labour market and to ensure durable solutions through JOB PLACEMENT AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT, for 60 trafficked minors and young adults in Italy, France and Spain. Social and labour integration paths and workshops, leading to VOCATIONAL COURSES and INTERNSHIPS, will be used as effective tools to:
Assessment interviews for 20 TRAFFICKED MINORS AND YOUNG ADULTS FOR EACH CO-APPLICANT (involved in this activity). The TPs will be individually involved in an overall skill and attitude assessment (3 interviews of 1h/interview).
THREE OCCUPATIONAL WORKSHOPS (3h/wk 9h x 2) considering their basic skills, previously individually assessed, and what needs to be developed to enhance work integration process.
Starting from an analysis of the job market and the local economic context matching with specific skills of the 20 beneficiaries, in this action FOUR VOCATIONAL TRAINING courses(5meetings/4h/meeting) will be organized by each co-applicant of this activity and a specific LANGUAGE COURSE will be provided to improve sectoral language.
Tutoring for internships and internship grants. Vocational trainings will enable the beneficiaries to activate 15 INTERNSHIPS and/or internships grants for each co-applicant that implement this activity, coherently to the skills levels achieved.
